(20) Minn-Dak Shares

Special Terms

By accepting the terms and conditions, you acknowledge that you are either an existing shareholder or qualify as a “shareholder-producer” as listed under the membership qualification verification sheet provided. The successful bidder will be required to make payment within 2 days and complete the Minn-Dak application process. Funds will be held in our auction trust account until the application is processed. All previous unit retain payments will be paid to the existing shareholder (2025 & prior).
