Heartland Auction LLC joins Steffes Group, Inc.

Article

Heartland Auction LLC, located in Kansas, has rapidly built a reputation for its seller-focused approach and deep agriculture roots.

Steffes Group, Inc., a nationally recognized leader in the auction industry, is pleased to be teaming up with Heartland Auction.  This allows Steffes Group to expand its growing geographical presence into the state of Kansas.

Steffes Group, founded in 1960, brings 63 years of experience to Heartland Auctions growing customer base.  “We are thrilled to be joining forces with Heartland Auction and expanding our footprint into the state of Kansas,” said Scott Steffes, President of the Steffes Group.  “Heartland has built an incredible company foundation, and we look forward to building upon that by delivering our comprehensive platform of auction experiences.”

Heartland Auction will undergo a rebranding to operate as Steffes Group, continuing operations from its current location in Garden City under the leadership of Jake Foltz, Brandon Hayzlett, and Brandon Chansler.  Steffes Group’s full range of auction services, including live on-site and online auctions for farm equipment, construction equipment, transportation equipment, and real estate auctions, will now be available to Heartland’s customers.

“Becoming part of the Steffes Group team provides us with additional resources that will directly benefit our customers,” says Brandon Hayzlett, one of Heartland’s owners.  “We are excited for this next chapter and the opportunity to join such a respected leader in the auction industry.”

Garden City, Kansas, becomes Steffes Group’s ninth permanent location, joining existing locations in North Dakota, Minnesota, South Dakota, Iowa, and Colorado.
