AUCTIONEER'S NOTE: Joe has decided to retire from milking cows and will sell all milking cows, dry cows, and all bred heifers. The herd is pack barn housed & milked in a tie stall facility. Extremely docile cattle with exceptional components. 50 years of all artificial breeding on this closed herd. Selling 50 +/- milking and dry cows as well as 20 +/- bred heifers. DHI report shows 22,455 lbs. milk, 4.3% 973 fat, 3.5% 730 protein. Many will be recently fresh by sale date. Cows are milking up to 130 lbs/day 2X.
