Loadout: Tuesday, January 17 - Friday, January 20, 2023 - 9:00 AM - 4:00 PM
Please note: LARGE items must be removed by March 31, 2023, if items are not removed by said date it will be considered abandoned and will become the property of the landowners. Buyer will be responsible for removal of items purchased. Rigging & dismantling will be Buyer’s responsibility & expense. Please bring your own manpower, tools & equipment. Small item loadout will be January 17 – January 20 from 9am-4pm. A forklift will be provided during loadout times for small items only! Nebraska sales tax applies. There will be NO payments taken at load out. Please call our office at 319.385.2000 to coordinate payment. A PAID receipt will be required at loadout. If you are unable to attend loadout, please send someone in your place with a PAID receipt.
