Lynn RichardSales Representative
Lynn works as a Sales Representative and started with Steffes Group in 2012 after the acquisition of Richard Realty & Auction. Lynn and his wife, Karen founded Richard Realty & Auction in 1981 after he graduated from World Wide College of Auctioneering in 1980. Originally from Mount Pleasant, Iowa, Lynn still lives there and he and his wife, Karen, have two children, Chris, and Angie, and one granddaughter, Josie. Lynn specializes in farmland and serves our Iowa auction territory. When not at work, Lynn enjoys dirt late model racing with his family!
