Two separate tracts of land were offered up for auction in Henry County, Iowa on Wednesday, June 13th. The Conrad land in Trenton sold for $6,475 an acre equalling $518,000.00 for the total sale, and was bought by a local farmer. The Anderson Land in Lowell sold for $4,050 an acre equalling $260,212.50 for the total sale, and was bought up by a woman eager to start her new home.
