Please note:  All small items must be removed on the loadout dates of June 4-6^th.  Large items (grandstands, bleachers, large signage, etc.) must be removed by September 1, 2024.  If items are not removed by said date it will be considered abandoned and will become the property of the landowners.  Buyer will be responsible for removal of items purchased.  Rigging & dismantling will be Buyer’s responsibility & expense.  Please bring your own manpower, tools & equipment.  Small item loadout will be June 4-6^th from 9am-4pm.  A forklift will be provided during loadout times for small items only!  All applicable sales tax applies.

Loadout of items will be through the pit gate entrance off of Forest Hills Rd.
Loadout of memorabilia items will be through the main front walk in gate.
