AUCTIONEER’S NOTE: Please note all vehicles will have a ND Impound Bill of Sale or ND Issued Vehicle Title to transfer title.  ND State Sales Tax Laws Apply.  Out-of-state purchasers receiving ND Impound Bill of Sale, and wishing to title vehicle in their home state, must first transfer bill of sale to title in North Dakota.  Please retain receipt following transfer to show proof of sales tax payment.  Buyers requesting duplicate ND Impound Bill of Sale due to loss of paperwork will be charged additional fees by FM Towing Services and by Steffes Group for replacement bill of sale.

IMPOUND LOADOUT Conducted by FM Towing Services:

Wednesday - Friday, May 17, 18, & 19 from 9AM-5PM

Saturday - Sunday, May 20 & 21 from 9AM-1PM

Monday, May 22 - Tuesday, May 30 by appointment only!  NO loadout Memorial Day, May 29.  Call 701. 277.1263 and refer to: Fargo Impound Auction Sale. There will be NO gate fee during this time.

• no double stacking vehicles 
• loader operator is not liable for damage due to picking up cars
• loadout staff is not responsible for strapping or securing items

Starting Wednesday, May 31 there will be a lot fee of $20.00 per day that will be collected by FM Towing. Other fees for services by FM Towing Services:

• $25.00 – Loader assistance, up to 30 minutes - loader operator is not liable for damage due to picking up cars
• $25.00 – Jumpstart / Lockout / Tire Service
• $70.00 – Tows out of impound lot, not requiring dollies in FM area
• $90.00 – Tows out of impound lot, requiring dollies in FM area
