From Elbow Lake, MN on Hwy 55, travel S onto County Road 54 for 3.7 miles, then turn W onto County Hwy 12 for 5.2 miles, then turn S onto County Hwy 9 for 1.1 miles, then turn W onto T-103 for 0.7 miles, farm site will be located on N side of T-103
