All state and federal Avian Influenza guidelines will be followed. Lactating cows leaving Wisconsin are required to be tested and will not be allowed to leave the sale site until a negative test result is confirmed and documented. The lactating cows required for testing will be sampled the morning of Wednesday, June 5th. Testing will be done in Madison, WI. Results will be issued Friday, June 8th at 1pm. Buyers will be notified of test results at that time and allowed to pickup cattle. If a positive test occurs, buyers will be fully refunded ASAP. All Avian Influenza testing expense will be covered by seller. Buyers from TB restricted states are NOT eligible to participate in this auction. Check with your state vet for TB import guidelines. Vet will be on-site to accommodate health certificates. *Anything that calves before sale closing will be added to the last calf lot on this sale- anything that calves after sale date will go with the cow* Trucking available anywhere.
