After a lifetime in dairy farming, Mike has decided to disperse his dairy herd. Steffes Group is proud to offer this exceptional lineup, featuring 350± milking and dry cows, along with 275± dairy heifer replacements. This herd is housed in a freestall setup, with cows trained to both freestalls and headlocks, and milked in a robotic barn. The majority of the herd consists of Holsteins, with approximately 20% having one generation of Montbéliarde breeding. Freestalls are equipped with sawdust-bedded waterbeds for cow comfort. Highland Dairy follows a strict vaccination protocol, and all required state and federal testing will be conducted on-site in full compliance with regulations.
