All bidders on Ring 2 must be pre-approved. Register online by 12PM Monday, Nov. 3, and a verbal confirmation will be provided by Steffes within 24 hours.
IMPORTANT DETAILS:
Please note vehicles will have a ND Impound Bill of Sale or ND Issued Vehicle Title to transfer title, unless stated otherwise. OUT-OF-STATE PURCHASERS receiving a ND Impound Bill of Sale and wishing to title the vehicle in their home state, MUST FIRST TRANSFER the bill of sale to title in North Dakota. Please retain the receipt following the transfer to show proof of sales tax payment. ND State Sales Tax Laws Apply. Buyers requesting a duplicate North Dakota Impound Bill of Sale due to lost paperwork will be charged $55.00 per lot. Any subsequent duplicate requests will incur a fee of $150.00 per lot, issued by Steffes Group.
These are impounded vehicles, and the working condition is unknown — Bidders are responsible for inspecting before purchase.
In-person payments will ONLY be taken at Steffes Group offices, 2000 Main Ave E, West Fargo, ND. Buyers paying with cash or a cashier’s check will receive the Impound Bill of Sale immediately. For all other forms of payment, the BOS will be mailed 10 days after payment.
