AUCTIONEER’S NOTE: All bidders on Ring 2 must be pre-approved. Register online and verbal confirmation will be provided by Steffes. Please note all vehicles will have a ND Impound Bill of Sale or ND Issued Vehicle Title to transfer title. ND State Sales Tax Laws Apply. Out-of-state purchasers receiving ND Impound Bill of Sale, and wishing to title vehicle in their home state, must first transfer bill of sale to title in North Dakota. Please retain receipt following transfer to show proof of sales tax payment. Buyers requesting duplicate ND Impound Bill of Sale due to loss of paperwork will be charged $55 by Steffes Group for replacement bill of sale. In-person payments can ONLY be taken at Steffes Group’s office, 2000 Main Ave E, West Fargo, ND.

Starting Thursday, May 16 there will be a storage fee of $20.00 per calendar day and gate fee of $25.00 per lot entry that will be collected by Fargo Moorhead Towing. Other fees for services by FM Towing:

$25.00 - Loader assistance, up to 30 minutes - loader operator is not liable for damage due to picking up cars
$25.00 - Jumpstart / Lockout / Tire Service
$70.00 - Tows out of impound lot, not requiring dollies in FM area
$90.00 - Tows out of impound lot, requiring dollies in FM area
$125.00 - Medium towing for 1 ton and over, and all campers
