For many years, Howard has diligently worked the land, witnessing the changing seasons and the cycles of countless crops. With deep roots in the Algona community, he has served on numerous volunteer boards and now holds the role of County Supervisor. After a lifetime of dedication, Howard has decided it's time to retire.
