Jason LeblancStrategic Advisor
Jason LeBlanc is a lifelong auctioneer and joined Steffes Group in October 2024 as a Strategic Advisor for the Canadian Market. Originally from a ranching background with 1,200 cattle, Jason resides in Estevan, Saskatchewan, with his wife Sherrill and their three daughters: Megan, Marci, and Gracie. After graduating from Camera De Verte College of Auctioneers in 1989, Jason founded LeBlanc Auction Service, which grew through mergers with two other companies before selling to Ritchie Bros in 2004. His expertise spans decades in livestock and agricultural auctions, though he now describes himself as a "dry land farmer."
Throughout his career, Jason has received numerous auctioneering awards and recognitions. In 2024, he was inducted into the Saskatchewan Auctioneers Association's Auction Era Hall of Honor. He currently serves as the Reeve of the Rural Municipality of Estevan No. 5 and is an active member of the Saskatchewan Auctioneers Association. When not working, Jason enjoys running side businesses, traveling to hockey games, and building 1/64 scale model farms.
