Rodney SteffesSales Representative
Rodney works as the Operations Manager and Sales Representative for the West Fargo, ND office. After growing up in the auction business and farming from 1987 to 1995, he joined Steffes Group full-time in February 1996. Originally from Arthur, ND, he now resides in Fargo, ND, with his wife, Jamie. Together they have three grown children: Carter, Chase, and Gannon. Rodney attended North Dakota State University, where he received a degree in Business Administration and is a Licensed Real Estate Agent and a Certified Farm Manager. He specializes in farm equipment and auction operations and is a member of the American Society of Farm Managers and Rural Appraisers. When not at work, he enjoys spending time with his family, being at the lake, and riding UTV.
