The SteffesGroup.com website contains many images, sometimes over 100 per lot. Because of this we've introduced a new technique called "Lazy Loading" to provide you a better experience. As images are loading, they may start out blurry and then start to sharpen as they continue to load. While this is expected behavior, the speed at which they load is dependent on the bandwidth of your internet connection.

- Pages load faster because you're not trying to load all images at once
- Only the images you look at are downloaded, saving bandwidth
- You can start reading or interacting with the page much sooner without having to wait for all images to load
