STEFFES GROUP INC SELLS GRAND FORKS COUNTY, ND LAND ON TIMED ONLINE ONLY AUCTION

Steffes group conducted a timed online only land auction event for 156.38 acres in Grand Forks County. The property is presently enrolled in the conservation resereve program (CRP) and featured 146+/- cropland acres.

We had 10 registered approved bidders representing 3 states including both investors and local farmers. The auction opened at 8AM and concluded at 12:27PM approximately 27 minutes after the published closing time through our bid extension feature. There were 161 bids placed on the property for a final selling price of $300,000 or approximately $2,050 per cropland acre and $1,918 per deeded acre.
