Please note the bins are located on Landlord’s property, therefore no entry on the premises is allowed unless an appointment is made with Scott Buss; phone 319-231-8189. Every person entering on the premises may be required to execute a release and waiver. Due to this being on the Landlord’s property, there will be special terms and conditions for this auction. Loadout: Bin removal is the buyer's responsibility and must be removed from the property by December 31, 2023.
