Support for Windows XP ended in April, 2014 and will no longer run extensive sites such as SteffesGroup.com. If you are currently running Windows XP, please update your current system to Windows 7 or 8 to avoid bidding issues.
The iPad App is currently available and can be downloaded here: Steffes App Download. After downloading and installing the app, you will be able to bid on all LIVE auctions we host. As of right now, bidding during Live Auctions can only be done using your computer or an iPad. We will be introducing a more versatile app for tablets and smartphones in the near future.
-Regarding iPads, use the max bid feature when placing bids. iPads & iPhones do not refresh adequately with the platform. We have also found that IOS7 functions best with the new website.
-When using Smartphones and Tablets; we have found that most systems will only allow bidding on TIMED ONLINE auctions only.
-Deleting or Refreshing your cache will often times increase the speed of our a website. (hold down the CTRL button and the F5 button together for just a moment)
Please remember, our website uses cutting edge technology that may create issues with slower systems and/or outdated computers or satellite and DSL internet feeds. Please plan accordingly if you decide to bid on LIVE and ONLINE auctions. Some of our bidders visit their local library for supported systems.

Password Problems
- You may have noticed your password must be reset. In order to uphold the security settings with the launch of the new website, you will be prompted to change your password on first use.
