Steffes Group Litchfield Moves All Operations to
New Location September 26th
Effective Monday, September 26th, Steffes Group’s Litchfield, MN location will be moving all operations to the former Johnson Brothers Construction location south of Litchfield, MN, located at the following address:

Litchfield, MN 55355
The move stems from Steffes Group’s unprecedented growth in the last year and will enable Steffes Group to provide a better experience to clients and customers for years to come. The new property features over 80 acres with a spacious office building, many outbuildings, and over 35 acres to safely and securely store equipment for upcoming auctions and continue holding on-site live auction events.
“The new facility will create a better experience for Steffes Group clients and customers. There will be designated shipping and receiving buildings, a larger office space, a more professional setting, and a significantly larger yard compared to our current lot of only 12 acres. This large yard will allow us more room to stage equipment with the ability to separate lots clearly by auction, and the many outbuildings will also allow us to store delicate items inside and away from the elements,” says Ashley Huhn, Site Leader.
There is various construction to be done to the new property, with hopes to have it completed by Summer 2023. We appreciate your patience and cooperation as we undergo improvement projects.
All equipment sold at auctions in September will continue to be stored at the previous location and must be picked up by October 31st. All equipment for future auctions is to be brought to the new site.
