The Graphic Designer at Steffes Group, Inc. will be based out of our West Fargo, ND site and will join our growing marketing team, located throughout the Midwest. This role will focus on creating graphics, sale bills, postcards, etc. needed to promote Steffes Group, Inc. auctions & events.
The Yard Associate at Steffes Group, Inc. will be based out of our West Fargo, ND site. The focus of this role will be to provide customer service support to Steffes Group customers & clients while assisting with organization and cleanliness of the company lot. This role will report directly to the Yard Supervisor.
The Sales Tax Specialist at Steffes Group is responsible for the oversight of sales & use tax as it relates to auction activity, while specializing in compliance, planning, research, and support. This person will report directly to the Controller.

Customer Service Representative | Office Coordinator
The Customer Service Representative at Steffes Group, Inc. is designed as a hybrid position, providing the flexibility to work from home while also requiring on-site presence to support auction events at our Larchwood, IA site as they occur. The focus of this role will be to provide administrative support to both our clients & our sales team while managing day-to-day office tasks. This person will also oversee the collection and distribution of clean titles from sellers to buyers and maintain consistent communication regarding any missing or illegitimate titles as needed to execute a successful auction sale. This role will report directly to the Director of Administration.

The Sales Representative at Steffes Group, Inc. will be based out of our Litchfield, MN site while living in & covering the southeast Minnesota auction territory. This person will play an integral role in generating leads through sales and marketing efforts, including attracting consignors, negotiating & booking auctions, managing existing & future contracts, and generating bidders & buyers to our Steffes Group, Inc. auctions. This person will report directly to the Director of Agriculture.
