The Spring selling season of 2020 was anything but normal. This was the first time in the 60 year history of our company we couldn’t conduct live auctions! Yet, we performed and accomplished every event thanks to some trusting sellers, understanding buyers, and a great amount of technology. The result of completing approximately 170 auctions in 6 states, I’m happy to report, is a “better than expected” market with robust prices and predictable results.
In the 2020 Spring Market Update, we will talk about the current equipment and land markets, along with our opinions, as we point out individual sales to reinforce our message. We’ll also continue to take a position on what’s to come based on our perspective and position in the marketplace.
