We got to kick off this week with a great land sale coming out of Cass County, ND in the Red River Valley. 160 acres of prime valley land located in the very productive area of Arthur, ND was sold at $5,459 an acre. What made this auction sale so interesting is that 211 ago we sold 235 acres within 2 miles of the tract we sold this week. It is a rare situation when it comes to having such a comparable sale like this in our world. When often we have to compare it to many townships away or even years apart. With many of us adjusting to a new normal and having our world turn upside down, we are happy to see and say the market is still solid and resilient when it comes to quality land.
