Auctioneer’s Note:  This will be a Steffes Group timed online auction of the Red Diamond Processing & Packaging Plant that processed oyster shells into chicken feed. This will be a large auction with several hundred lots of items! 10% Buyer’s Premium will be charged on the Equipment Auction.

Loadout will be Friday, May 29th from 8AM-4PM and Monday, June 1st from 8AM-4PM. All other times need to be coordinated with John Henderson of Progressive Rail. All items need to be removed by June 4^th. Buyer will be responsible for removal of items purchased.  Please bring your own manpower, tools & equipment. Forklift will NOT be provided, please bring your own rigging & lift.

Please note: The Progressive Rail Visitor Release form will need to be signed and on file for inspection day and load out days.  A Progressive Rail representative will be onsite to facilitate.
